   The music was too loud. We asked for it to be turned down, which they did, but then turned it up again within minutes. Our waitress, who was lovely, had to keep bringing us out substitutions for our food saying what she saw in the kitchen did not look fresh. This happened several times. In the end we wound up eating things we did not want or particularly enjoy. Sadly, we would not go back.

   Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. View of Empire State Building is awesome. Band playing a bit to loud for such a small space.

   Terrible seating. View not as promised. Server was rude and not responsive to us at all. It was very loud and we couldn’t hear each other even think. Seating was not conducive for disability. Seats either to low or odd high top stools. Very uncomfortable. As a result we cancelled a future reservation to avoid going back.

   Excellent, nice setting looking at an Empire State building. Oscar  was an outstanding bartender. The only complaint is that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m.. no snacks or bar food available between 9 PM and midnight.

   Beautiful view and ambience. Very poor service. I am pregnant and ordered a non-alcoholic drink. When the waitress brought our drinks, she was not sure which was which. She verified with the bar and this was still wrong, so much to my dismay I had a portion of a tequila drink meant for another guest in our party.

   The place is great but this time they said they were out of their regular food. All the had was cheese and onion dip with corn chips. Looks like they went to the grocery store and pit it on a plate. And for this they charged $22.
