   Our experience at Toro was one to surely remember. The staff was friendly and inviting. We went to celebrate my Wife’s Birthday and they made her feel extra special on her birthday. The food and service was delicious! The only issue we had was with our Ribeye steak which was a bit rough and chewy. The fatty part of the ribeye, which should be soft and melt in your mouth if properly cooked, was undercooked. However, the Wagyu beef tiradito was superb, along with the shrimp aquachiles! The three-way potatoes was my favorite side for our main entrees. Our server was a pleasant and very attentive! I definitely recommend this place for a romantic/celebratory dinner.

   We are very happy to have a more upscale restaurant in the area. I met 3 colleagues I was meeting for the first time in-person for lunch on a Thursday. It was not very busy but several tables were sat. We had a nice table by a window and was greeted by a server who took our drink order. Shortly after our server took our food order. I got the caesar with hanger steak and my 3 guests got fish tacos. Food was tasty and very good with lunch size portions. Something that bothered me in the restaurant was the music. First - it was a too loud. I'm not there for the music, I'm there for the company. It really needs to be more in the background. Second, the type of music was the techno genre I would hear in a club. It is completely off from the type of restaurant and not the atmosphere I would suspect they are trying to create. My time would have been much more pleasant if the music would have been more ethnic (We're in Toro for goodness sake!) and more in the background. I also appreciated I was able to "tap" to pay, though I didn't appreciate the server standing over me while I entered the tip. I would much prefer pay with my card and be given a receipt to write in the tip at my convenience.

   Beautiful restaurant for anyone that has not been here - this is one of the absolute best restaurants in the City. The service is incredible and I look forward to returning yet again. Service is beyond exceptional the cuisine is is completely perfect. The General Manager Gerardo Garcia touched our table - what a delight!

   Great food! The sushi was amazing! We had the tempura roll. Steak was cooked how we asked and that Mac and cheese w esquite, is a must!

    We split a beet salad and had beef tenderloin and salmon entrees. They were all a little different from typical restaurant preparations and all were delicious. We’ll be back.
