Excellent service and very good food. We had a birthday and they surprised us with complementary shareable dessert and candle. We really enjoyed our dinner and would go back!

I booked a reservation at this restaurant a few days before Valentine's Day, fully aware that it would be a busy evening. The staff confirmed my reservation and informed me about their special holiday menu, which I agreed to. I was genuinely excited to create a perfect romantic night for my girlfriend. However, the experience was a complete disaster. Upon arriving at my reserved time, we found a chaotic crowd waiting outside. No staff members were managing the line or checking reservations — everyone stood ignored in the cold. After 20 minutes of waiting with zero communication, I approached a server, stressed about missing our movie plans. To my shock, they bluntly said, "Even with a reservation, you’ll have to wait longer."By then, it was already 30 minutes past our booking time. We had no choice but to leave. Despite scrambling to find another restaurant, everywhere was packed. We ended up eating fast food at McDonald’s, which left my girlfriend heartbroken. Instead of enjoying a special night, I spent hours comforting her over cold fries. This restaurant destroyed our Valentine’s Day. What should have been a memorable celebration turned into a humiliating, stressful ordeal due to **their utter lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. Advice to others: Save your money and sanity — avoid this place on important occasions.

Horrible experience on Valentine's Day. Place was overbooked, food was mid to bad, service was straight bad. Never going back.

This has become my go to spot for Italian food. Not only is the food delicious, The server (Nico) was incredible! They were very welcoming and honestly I was so pleased with how intentive they were to our table. I feel like Service is a lost Art in this city and this restaurant is bringing it back. I have been there 4 times and going again this weekend. I Can’t get enough!!!

I have never given such a low rating before, however I feel the need to be honest about our experience. We asked many questions about the menu offerings, and our server really didn’t know the answers. When I asked if the vongole were fresh, she emphatically stated they were. I was shocked to see chopped up pieces of undoubtedly canned clams immersed in a tasteless red sauce, submersed in overcooked, bland spaghetti. My husband ordered the ribs which were incredibly dry, and underseasoned. He asked me to taste them and they had a rather rancid flavour. The owner came over to ask how our dinner was, and did not appreciate our feedback, suggesting my husband put on an apron and go into the kitchen to season them himself. The wine tasted watered down and the negroni lacked the bitterness that it’s known for.
