A first for the Hunter Valley, Tower Whiskey Distillery offers hosted tasting experiences of our initial release Single Cask, Single Malt Whiskeys. Our range of whiskeys are distilled, aged and bottled on-site at the Distillery. Guests can enjoy tasting our whiskeys while also learning about the process of whiskey distillation and ageing.

During this hosted experience you will learn about the process of whiskey production and the story behind our first releases: No. B1 Bourbon Barrel American Oak No. 7 Malbec French Oak No. 3 Shiraz American Oak No. 9 Fortified French Oak Pre-booked = $40pp Walk-ins = $45pp Whiskey Tasting Flight is 2 standard drinks. The experience was great, we sat at the lounge chairs and we were tended to by Ella, she was excellent and seemed to have a lot of knowledge on whiskeys and the whiskeys Tower sell. There was a disruptive group towards the end of out tasting and Ella had alot of patience and ensured we were not disrupted by the group. While attending to both us and the other group, we would highly recommend anyone doing a tasting her and will be back again in the future.

Kieran is a great host, very knowledgeable about whiskey. The tasting experience was a lot of fun and can't wait to visit again next time im in the Hunter Valley. Highly recommend!
