   Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy the meal delivery was very slow and my risotto was not hit and scallops were cold. Appetizers and desert were delicious

   Prompt and competent service were appreciated for the duration of the meal The green salad looked and tasted fresh, with just the right amount of dressing. I enjoyed the agnolotti in rich veal stock. It was a perfect dish for a chilly day. Although I dined at 6pm, the restaurant had run out of rustic bread and truffles. Curious, in a market filled with two floors of baked goods and Italian groceries.

   I’ve been going to this restaurant for quite a long time when i’m travelling to Toronto. Taken family there and recommend it often but last nights experience was way below previous visits and basic expectations. The pasta dish came out 45 minutes after the main. They apologized saying it was busy that night but i’ve been there when it’s packed before and it wasn’t a problem. The pasta itself was at least 3 minutes away from aldente. Clearly they were in a hurry to serve and didn’t cook it long enough. I ordered a drink upon arriving which never came. I left after an hour and went to another restaurant. Questioning whether to ever go back. I used to love that place. The osso buco. The tiramisu. Very disappointed.

   The food was delicious and their new additional menu was at a good price point. The service was a bit slow but certainly not terrible. Overall the food was excellent and their new additional experience good d oh we will be going back to Milano.

   The food is bland at best and the restaurant management is not present to oversee the quality of service or food one would expect at this price point. After a mediocre visit our last time, we thought we would give it one last try, but we’re definitely done with Trattoria Milano.

   Lovely staff. Tasty food but the risotto may have been too salty for good health. Only problem with this restaurant is the noise level. One has to speak loudly and ask fellow diners to repeat themselves more than ideal. So conversation is a bit like shouting at each other. Many Toronto restaurants are as bad or worse, so the problem is unfortunately widespread.

   Quiet, quaint corner of Eataly with excellent value for money lunch menu. Had the 2 course prix fixe lunch at $29 and it was delicious. Service and attention to detail was spot on. Will definitely go back for business lunch.
