Trazo 1810 is a casual dining restaurant located in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The restaurant overlooks the Parish of San Miguel de Arcangel, one of the most beautiful Parish in Mexico, and sits at the roof top of a historic colonial building Hotel Boutique Casa 1810. Trazo 1810 one of the 120 best restaurants in Mexico, for its creative cuisine, it has been included in the Guide to Gastronomic Mexico the 120 restaurants 2020 & 2021. The restaurant during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. Today Trazo 1810 is characterized by its attention to detail and the diner’s experience. Social commitment to the local trade in organic products, since ❝almost all of the ingredients that we use in Trazo’s cuisine are from local producers, ranches near San Miguel de Allende and organic street markets that we constantly attend.❞

The view of the city during sunset was exceptional. The service was professional and attentive. The food was good but not exceptional. The setting made the biggest difference. Overall a memorable experience for our last night in SMA.

Excelente lugar, los precios son costosos pero se paga lo que se obtiene. 100% recomendando para cualquier ocasión especial.

Good food, nothing memorable. We ate inside because it was too cold for the roof. Service was excellent. Bring a hat and coat if it’s cold for the roof. The food was served way too fast.

Nos mandaron a la mesa de la esquina y nunca tomaron nuestra orden; y no nos “pudieron” cambiar de lugar, a pesar de tener espacio disponible. Muy mal servicio, aunque el lugar y la comida lucían bien.

El lugar es una terraza bien acondicionada y con una vista privilegiada. Hicimos la reserva para 5 personas y nos dieron una mesa para 4 así que el espacio no era suficiente y estábamos muy apretados. El ambiente familiar con calentadores y mantas para el frío de temporada. El personal muy atento y nos explicó a detalle los platillos; pero el servicio fue lento por la logística de la cocina en el piso inferior. La comida bien a secas y un poco fría. Lo que si no fue cordial es que al pedir la cuenta te traen el ticket y ya incluyen el servicio sin preguntar antes.
