Tre Vele is a modern Italian eatery featuring and extensive bar, rooftop terrace, and patio. The Ristorante features an innovative menu with an emphasis on homemade pastas and modern odes to classic Italian dishes.

    It was fine. Nothing special. The food was cold when it came out and the service was pretty slow. We waited for about an hour for our mains to come out. I wouldn’t go back unless I was invited by someone.

    The table side service was slow due to there only being one chef but he was truly doing his best and the staff communicated the delay and checked in. It didn’t impact the experience.

    Great place, staff was incredibly nice, but waiting nearly an hour and a half for cacio e pepe on a Tuesday is just not acceptable. They must figure out how to improve the efficiency of that process - maybe 2 wheels or just not do it at all. The excitement of the meal was overshadowed by the absurd hour plus wait between appetizers and the actual entree.

    I love this restaurant. Our server was outstanding and we were seated in a nice quiet corner. The grilled artichoke appetizer is a must! Wonderful! The tableside cacio e Pepe is such fun to watch and the preparer was very nice. I love the flavorful pepper but I think it could be scaled back a little so that it doesn’t overpower the overall flavor of an excellent pasta. We finished with espresso martinis. Such a disappointment. You need a new recipe! The server was very accommodating when we couldn’t drink them.

    Excellent restaurant, great place for date night, family outings and special occasions. The food is good but I did have some bad appetizers which thankfully the waiter comped. Drinks are always excellent although getting some special cocktails can be slow. Overall great spot and will return.

    One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! The veal parmigiana was outstanding and DJ our server absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend!
