At our restaurant, we believe that dining is more than just a meal—it's an experience that brings people together. Our ethos is built on the foundation of family, community, and shared moments.
We understand that family doesn't have to be defined by blood; it includes friends, partners, and anyone with whom we share a special bond.

We offer seating across two floors, and you are welcome to request either upstairs or downstairs seating when making your reservation. However, please note that during busy periods, we may not always be able to guarantee your preferred seating choice. If you have any accessibility or mobility concerns, kindly mention them in your booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that our restaurant will be closed from 1st to 7th January. We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on 8th January. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a Happy New Year!

    Nicely decorated restaurant in centre of town. Has potential. Pizza was quite nice but carbonara very rich. Will try something different next time. Good service and helpful staff.

    Lovely meal, excellent service and very good pizza. Made one without cheese for my husband. We will definitely be back.

    This is our 4th visit to Trio and the service , food quality has not changed . It is a lovely restaurant and a fabulous addition to Saffron Walden , somewhere for all to enjoy .

    Would definitely recommend a visit to Trio! Great food & service,with a lovely atmosphere. We had a variety of dishes, seafood, pizza, lasagne & chicken. All good portions & tasted great.
