   Food was unique. Doing their own takes on things which is great but expect different. They did not have the wine I ordered (I guess) so they just brought something else and opened it without checking if I wanted the alternate - which was very strange. (Ordered a Chardonnay and they brought a Chardonnay sav blanc blend - so not the same thing at all). Presentation and plating was amazing and cocktails very unique. So o really very good

   outstanding vibe, drinks came in the most fun cups/presentations, the cutest animals walking around, ambiance was super tropical and felt private in the town. Amazing service, food was amazing too! MAKE THE RESERVATION it's so worth it!

   Amazing food. Amazing service. Each drink was so wonderfully customized by presentation. Food was hand down the best we had in Tama. Can’t recommend enough

   Our dinner was extraordinary. We were so relieved as well, because the food on the Main Street was garbage! We had ceviche, avocado and the patty for starters, then the chicken and the octopus. The food was superb. Cocktails delicious. Service was excellent. We’ll probably go back again before we leave, the best in Tamarindo!

   An incredible experience. The owner, chef, and staff are all incredibly attentive and clearly invested in the cuisine and experience. A must-visit if you’re in Tamarindo.

   Of all the places I’ve gone in Guanacaste, Tropic Tamarindo was by far the best experience. The vibe was exactly what you imagine when you plan a trip to Costa Rica. The food was out of this world. The staff was exquisite! I loved everything about Tropic Tamarindo & I will definitely be returning one day!

   The food is incredible! We went twice during our stay. My husband raved about the octopus and the sauce that came with the mahi-mahi made my sister swoon. I had the sea bass with a coconut dill sauce. Divine! Went back to have mahi-mahi. My sister was right. Fish cooked to perfection but the sauce was the stunner. Can't go wrong at Tropic!

    This is the best food you'll find in Tamarindo. I've been here 4 times and every time has been 5-star. The ceviche appetizer is the best anywhere and the different seafood entrees are amazing. In particular, the sea bass with fennel and coconut sauce was one of the best things I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is quiet, with very cool instrumental music channel playing quietly in the background. Staff is really friendly and attentive.
