True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Columbus guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. The food was excellent however we experienced poor service and long wait times to receive silverware and water. The server was not very knowledgeable about the menu and seemed confused when we asked questions. We also sat with our meals for some time before receiving silverware. Overall pretty environmental and great food.

Love the seasonal changes. Keeps things interesting. We had a great meal, all dishes were fresh and tasty. We started with the Edamame dumplings. YUM. Then, I had the meatloaf entree and my friend had the SZA CZA salad. Our server, Jewel, was a gem. Pun intended!! The place was very busy but we weren't rushed to leave. Rave review from me and my guests~

Everything by was great but they didn’t have a table for our reservation for 7 people so we kind of got crammed into a booth.

Food was amazing! The butternut squash soup was incredible and the chicken Parmesan was so delicious I practically licked my plate clean. Service was perfect and the overall dining experience was top notch. I thought the overall value for this Valentines Day dinner was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely be dining at True Food again! Thanks so much!

True Food Kitchen was a delight. The menu is complete with options for most guests. The meatloaf was delishous and so was the tuna poke bowl. Our wait staff Camden and Jacob were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant was a bit chilly and would recommend a sweater.
