True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you.     I came here with my wife and kids. Inside the restaurant was open, bright and welcoming. The menu had options and the quality of food was great.

    When trying to eat healthy, this is the best place. Every town should have a place this great where you feel good after eating a delicious meal. Great value also. Thank you.

    I have always loved eating here. We usually start with the Edamame Dumplings, which are delightful. I had the Korean Noodle Bowl with Grilled Chicken, which tasted great and was just the right amount for a leisurely lunch.
