    Slow service, took them 15 mins just to bring out water and take our order. We keep coming for the food but service is really poor.

    I recently dined at a True Food, and while the service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient—the food left much to be desired. The menu offers healthy options, which is a plus, but the dishes I tried were quite bland and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected more creativity and taste. That said, it's a convenient choice if you're looking for something healthy while shopping in the area, but it doesn’t stand out enough for me to make a special trip just to eat here.
