twelv. is the world's first restaurant specializing in BIO sake, offering carefully selected sake and sake snacks from all over Japan based on the BIO/SPAKLING/PREMIUM/CRAFT concept. We offer BIO sake made without additives or pesticides, using ingredients grown by organic farming methods, as well as sake snacks centered on organic ingredients purchased from contract farmers. The menu, selected by Dmitry Bulakh, a sake master who has won the third prize in the World Sake Master Competition, is updated regularly, allowing guests to enjoy fresh sake and sake snacks according to the season. The space by Komal Kehal (Alexander Wang) and Abilio Hagihara (Prada), who both have backgrounds in interior design and fashion, is minimalist and modern. Please enjoy the "now" of sake, where tradition and innovation come together, curated by twelv.

前から気になっていたお店でしたが、リサーチを兼ねて初めて一人で飲みに行きました。店内は私以外は全て外国からのお客様で賑わってました。客層もとても良く、今まで味わったことのない新しい感覚の美味しいBio日本酒と日本らしからぬ雰囲気に酔って楽しいひと時を過ごせました。仕事柄、海外のお客様を接待することが多いので、次回また海外のゲストを連れて伺ってみたいと思います。

予約した時間に店が開いていない。看板も出ていないので、迷う電話かけても出ない時間すぎてから、折り返しの電話があるお詫びの一言もない「今日はペアリングのイベントしてましたんで、あと３分で開きますから、外で待っていてください」せめてすぐに店の中へ通すくらいの気遣いはないのか？人気があるのかもしれないが、このような上から目線の商売は接客業として最悪だと思う。同じ被害に合われる方が少ないことを祈る

とても良かったです。新しい料理との出会いもあり、心から楽しめる場所ではないかと思います。大切な人と一緒に行けると良いかもしれません。

接待にて利用させて頂きました。看板や暖簾がない為、一見すると入りづらいですが、日本酒好きならきっと好きになるお店だと思います。また、日本酒が少し苦手な女性にも飲みやすいメニューが用意されてますので、様々なシーンで利用できるオシャレなお店だと思います。週末の遅くの時間にも関わらずありがとうございました。また行かせて頂きます。

Amazing Sake tasting bar. The hosts Taca-San and Olie are amazing, professional and treat everyone with the utmost respect. Do not expect food, it is only a bar with a selection of sakes to try. Would 100% recommend and will visit many more times.

Had an amazing time at Twelv with Taca and Olivia. They’re both wonderful hosts, the Sake is out of this world and the location just speaks for itself - pure, minimalistic, inspiring, energizing, beautiful,… no words for it!

We got to the restaurant. They came put and told us it was by invitation only and that they only served drinks. We did not stay because we were hungry and wanted a place we could eat in. We were a group of 7 so it was hard to find a place to eat with no reservation at that point

We visited twelv. to have drinks after dinner and had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We met fantastic people as well.

Unreal experience. Felt lucky to be able to book. The collection of sake was unique and delicious. Everything was beautifully presented. Highly recommend.
