Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s, Uchi, is open in Miami. Chef Cole's signature non-traditional take on Japanese food has delighted guests from around the world since its original location in Austin, Texas since 2003.
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

    We waited almost 30min for the table. They sat us outside to wait and we never got a waiter for a drink. Food took long. No one cared

    Power went out for 20+ min during our visit. Server was a little rude when we asked if we could still complete our happy hour order since the place was dark and no orders were taken during the time. He had an attitude and said we could only order a few things. Not our best experience at Uchi. Food was decent but server blah.

    Uchi offers an overall excellent dining experience with high-quality sushi and attentive service. Most of the dishes were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. However, the octopus roll was a disappointment; it was overly spicy and missed the mark in taste and texture. Despite that, Uchi is a great spot for sushi enthusiasts, with plenty of other standout options to enjoy, the dessert was excellent also and we love it.
