Take a break from the ski day and enjoy an inspired menu of regional ingredients and local Colorado Cuisine. Located mid-mountain on Mt. Crested Butte. Outside, enjoy a variety of food options hot off the grill and cocktails that are sure to have you coming back for more!

Inside, enjoy a Colorado Rustic experience. Under new management with a new Head Chef! GM Kye Graham & Chef Alison Utley will explore the tastes of Colorado with you! It is sure to be the highlight of your visit to Crested Butte Mountain Resort!

We strongly encourage our guests make reservations, but walk-ins are welcome, when available. Uley's Cabin operates 5 days a week inside Wed.-Sun. 11:30am-3:30pm while our outdoor Bar & Grill Operates 5-7 days a week from 11am-3:30pm. The bar will be open on the occasional Monday & Tuesday during peak skier visits.
We look forward to seeing you this winter!

The new seating arrangement is a big step down. Very institutional/dormitory style. Total decline in ambience and style from before. We used to love Uleys on our last day of skiing. Not so sure anymore.

Fireplace was not on and the sofa has been taken away so there are only two chairs in front of it. The place was only half full and no one is allowed in without reservations. Our seating was 1 o’clock, but they were already out of several items on the menu, and the menu is very limited to start with. The food we had was not special. The wine pour was nice. We look forward to eating at Uleys during the winter, and have it be a special place. It just doesn’t have that specialness anymore it seems a bit sad and rundown.

My family has been coming to Crested Butte since the early 1990s. I have fond memories of the twister warming hut, even in its disrepair. The lunches were simple but still nice. The wine menu was excellent (my parents love their wine) and it wasn't ridiculously overpriced. Oh and we loved the fondue dinners and torch light ski down. Why can't we bring back the good old days? Simple and full of the best memories. Unfortunately, our lunch was subpar. Our waiter was lovely, and the charcutier was nice, but the rest of the food was nearly inedible. The vegan dish was bland, and the trout should never have been served. We were all disappointed that on valentines day, the two main dishes with pheasant were not available. Again, please bring back the simple good old days.

Great mountain views and great food. We stopped by for lunch while skiing and shared a charcuterie board and the wild game stroganoff. Both were excellent as was the mulled wine. Will definitely go back soon.
