    We were looking for a nice night out but ended up with a disaster. Nothing went good. Spring rolls were served cold and soggy. Cornish hen was horribly presented, cut up into weird rectangles with 2 little strands of broccolini. Bibimbap was the worst I have ever had and I couldn’t even finish eating it after one bite. Also, our food took forever to be served. Not sure if it was because we were there for Winterlicious and they really didn’t feel like making the effort or we were just unlucky. We did order other big ticket items outside of the Winterlicious menu like the flank steak and another main noodle dish so we should have been treated more seriously. The server and manager did apologize continuously but that can only go so far as our night out was not a good experience. We will NEVER be coming back here nor recommending it to anyone we know.

    The food was exceptional, decor was spectacular and service was very good. My favourite dishes was the szechuan chicken and truffle waguy wontons. It was the first time that I went to Ultra and I'll definitely go there again

    Excellent restaurant. I had my birthday dinner here. The ambiance and decor were immaculate. Very cozy and intimate spot. The food was great! Get the Shrimp Fried Rice and Thai Spring Rolls also the Australian Wagyu. I recommend this restaurant for any occasion!

    This is a gem in midtown. I loved that the lounge a plush carpeting and acoustic treatment in the ceiling so that our big group could have great conversation. I would definitely come here again. The staff was super friendly. Parking was convenient.

    It was an incredible experience. Our server was fabulous and very very helpful and friendly kudos to him! I want to take the opportunity to Thank the GM - Antonio and also the AGM to personally coming to our table and introducing themselves. That truly shows the care in the fashion of the truly hospitality experience. Cant wait visit Ultra soon. Im certain i will be a regular guest!

    As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hostess. Then when we were seated, our server was quick to put in our drink orders. I especially loved the fact that our server gave us time to take pictures/videos as the aesthetics were amazing! We got the Truffle Wagyu Wontons to start which tasted amazing! For our sides we got the Thousand Layer Potato which were also amazing, especially with the truffle. For our main dish, we got the Wagyu Skirt Steak which was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Since it was our birthday, they also brought out an off the menu item which was delectable. We will definitely be back!

    Beautiful restaurant, really excellent food. It’s noisy and almost clubby in its ambiance so make sure you want that if you’re visiting here. Great girls night.

    It was such a good experience especially with the ambiance and the stuff. The servers are so kind and genuine and knowledgeable, they made our night better.
