9:15 reservation and was sat at 9:45. Seemed like they waited for everyone to ask for an update on their reservation to get sat. Small cocktail lounge area outside was great for people watching. Wait staff was great fam. Rob was on one.

Food portions were extremely small compared to its prices. It was not clear what the appetizers were on the menu. The rooftop was extremely hot and humid which made the experience itself unenjoyable. The blackened shrimp tasted like straight up charcoal. Waygu was served practically raw and we were not asked how cooked we wanted it. Almost every dish on the menu was confusing when it came to what was in it and the portion size.

I love Union and their food. Only complaint is they mishandled/overbooked their reservations on Valentine's Day. Waited 45 minutes after my scheduled reservation and ended up having to eat at the bar. However, our server Caitlyn at the bar made up for it. She is amazing!

It was Valentine’s Day so it of course was busy but they definitely overbooked. We had a reservation at 8:45 and we were right on time but we didn’t sit until about 9:25.

Waited an hour for our table even though we booked a reservation 4 weeks in advance. Entrees are way over priced for the taste in my opinion food was mediocre at best. Milk bread and cocktails were the highlight.
