Our headquarters in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana is not just a restaurant & bar. It’s a throwback to pubs of old, where friends & neighbors gather to share old stories & create new ones. We’ve been brewing local beer here since 1998. And just like our beer, we’ve continued to innovate & reimagine over the years.

    We had a nice experience with this Bloomington eatery. Even though we were early for our reservation, we were still seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly, enthusiastic, and quick. Unfortunately for Upland Brewing, we are not drinkers and so we cannot comment on any of the alcohol beverages. I was pleased that they did have caffeine-free root beer. Our tenderloins were tightly breaded, quite sufficient in size, and the chips and fries were tasty. We heartly recommend Upland Brewing Co. in Bloomington for a casual dining experience.

    This nights experience was very good. We took guests with us and they were pleased as well. Our server was more than the best. This was Saturday the 25th at 6:15 reservation. I can not remember her name. T he food was all fresh when served and very tasty on Saturday the 25th evening Bathrooms are never kept up properly. It seems the trash is always full and everyone has to touch the roll of towels to dry if you don’t use dryer sheets paper towels are wet due to falling into the sink. They prob need to fill towel dispenser more often and check trash. Had nacho’s the night before (Friday) and they were over microwaved. Worse we have ever have had there. But the appetizer for Saturday (Brussels sprouts were great) went two nights in a row because of Freeze Fest..

    Service was prompt, food was hot, and our reservation for 8 on New Year's Eve was accommodated with ease! Always a pleasant experience during the off season.

    It appeared to me in the posting that the reservation fee was counted against your food bill for the evening but it was not. Although fun not really worth it when it was in addition to your bill.

    We had a large group and they were very accommodating and were able to put us together. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The beer is great! The food was very good. Go early- they ran out of the brisket. The interior is open and fun with family dining and a bar area. I would recommend it! I’m definitely going back. I need a shirt!

    While we live in Bloomington, we rarely visit Upland. We had a group of seven vegetarians/vegans and thought we'd give it a go. Everyone ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their food very much. It wasn't the best vegetarian meal I've had, but it was great to know there is another alternative in town.
