Every Sunday we host our Sunday Lunch Club Upstairs at Trinity. Arrival time is 1pm for a 1:30pm sit down. Our menu for this week is: 6th April Smoked Salmon Crumpets with a Vichyssoise of Wild Garlic Leaf ~ Rose Harissa Roast Chicken, Warm Salad of Butter Beans, Shallots and Oregano, sides of Braised Cavolo Nero ~ Rhubarb Savarin with Ginger Cream     £42 per person

Every month, we host a Trinity experience in the form of a wine dinner, Upstairs at Trinity. For the month of March we have Jonatan García Lima himself hosting at Upstairs at Trinity, to tell us more about the incredible wines of Suertes del Marqués. Jonatan has blended tradition with modernity to bring some of Spain’s most exciting wines into the limelight. Honouring traditional winemaking methods, using native varieties, and ensuring minimal intervention, these wines resonate with volcanic minerality, echoing the volcanic sands they grow from. This care is carried into the cellar, where everything is carried out by hand. The result of their painstaking work has put the family winery at the heart of Tenerife fine wine. Our wines are at the helm for these evenings, with a carefully complimented set menu cooked by Chef Adam Byatt.
