Almost three years on from its culinary christening, Upstairs has sparked a reputation for casual dining in its finest form. A self-contained dining space, Upstairs offers guests a selection of small plates from our daily-changing menu, all of which are cooked to order from an open island kitchen and designed to share.

As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for our guests to enjoy; from expertly-led wine masterclasses to convivial Sunday lunches.

Our aim has always been to offer our guests the opportunity to get closer to the cooking process than ever before, and with the unfaltering passion and dedication of our team, a recently (and very proudly) received Bib Gourmand Award, and the continued support of our wonderful guests, we truly see nowhere to go but up.

    A thoroughly good meal with food packing in the flavour. Wish the wine list was a little better value, but a neighborhood gem for sure.

    Everything about our dinner was amazing. Staff were attentive and their service was faultless. The carafe of wine was lovely and the food quality exceeded our expectations. This experience didn’t do too much damage to our bank balance either. Thank you for a lovely evening.

    Amazing goose xmas dinner. The goose was cooked and served so that every bit was incredibly tasty and delicious, Nad before that an amazing mix of starters, pudding and clam times to follow.
