   Urban Grill has been our "go to" restaurant for special occasions for a number of years. We have always had good food and service. This is the first time they have not lived up to their past standards. We both ordered the pork chops and while in the past they were tender, this time they were tougher and chewy. The apples in the past were firm, this time they were mushy. Our server took our order and we never saw him again, we were given another server which is fine, but other than bringing the food we never saw him again either. A third server took it upon himself to clear plates, box leftovers and get the check. We hope the original server split the tip with him as he earned it. A small touch which was always appreciated was their recognition of special occasions. Even though I did put on the online reservation that this was for an anniversary, there was not even a verbal acknowledgement of the occasion. We acknowledge that everyone is allowed to have an "off" night and we could have been sitting in the wrong place at the wrong time. We will return to hopefully experience the great food and service that we have grown accustomed to at the Urban Grill.

   had a great time on valentines night. It was packed and busy but we got out food fairly quickly and really enjoyed the filet and sebass that night. drinks were great and ambiance was perfect and chill.

   We’ve been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Never again, so so disappointed! Made reservations for Valentine’s Day a week prior for two. Arrived early and they put us in the worse spot in the restaurant. Asked if we could move and owner said no. The restaurant was still empty too. The (new) owner had set everything in stone and was inflexible. Overpriced set menu too. Therefore, we walked out. We live local and made sure we notified all our local friends about our bad experience.

   Hi Laurie, We truly appreciate your support and are sorry to hear about your disappointment on Valentine’s Day. We understand seating preferences matter and we always try to accommodate requests. However, with over 150 reservations, seating was automatically allocated based on arrival times to ensure smooth service for everyone. Moving one would have disrupted service for others. Our Valentine’s Pre-Fix menu is a 10+ year tradition, offering a 3 course meal at a better value than ordering separately. As a local family business, we strive to serve our community. It’s disappointing to hear you want to discourage others over a table preference. We truly hope you’ll reconsider and give us another chance in the future. Our doors are always open, and we’d love the opportunity to serve you again.

   It was Valentine’s Day and we had our fur baby with us so we sat on the patio and were the only ones outside. Service was excellent. Food was great. Definitely will go back.

   We’ve eaten at Urban Grill before and the food has always been good. I guess the night stared off bad when we were seated at the last table right outside the bathrooms, something needs to be done with putting a divider, door or curtain so that you don’t have to see everyone going in and out of the bathrooms. Maybe it was because we were seated so far away from the rest of the restaurant, our server took forever to serve us so we ordered our meal at the same time we ordered drinks. As for food, my wife ordered a ribeye and I ordered the scallops. Food came and my wife’s $45 ribeye was maybe a half inch thick and was gray, my wife took one bite and it tasted spoiled. I took bite as well and it just didn’t taste good at all. We flagged down waiter and informed him, he kept saying the food is “fresh” but did take it back and brought her a menus to look at to select something else, after 10 minutes of him not checking to see what she wanted to order, we decided to just share my meal. Seems to me that standards and making sure customers are well taken care of are no longer important to them…. What a shame. I doubt that we will ever go back.

Regarding the table, we don’t recall if other seating was available, but we typically reserve that area when the restaurant is busy as a last choice. We regret it impacted your experience. Regarding the ribeye, we’ve inspected the dish & apologize for it being thin than expected. We've worked with our meat vendor to switch to a 16oz bone-in ribeye, which we began serving from Valentine’s Day. We’d love for you to return and try it, and we hope your next experience will be better!

   We enjoyed our food and margaritas. The hamburger with matchsticks fries always delicious. Scallops and salad also great. Loved the blueberry cobbler and cheesecake too.
