We are bringing exciting Italian dinners back to Sacramento and El Dorado Hills daily in the true Italian way!

Our little restaurant in the Town Center in El Dorado Hills is the perfect getaway for all your Italian needs. Vacanza is an amazing restaurant. First, you feel like family. They are so welcoming. The service is wonderful. The food is so delicious and unusual. Unusual in a good way because everything is house made from the huge, delicious croutons to the incredible pastas. Last night I had the Pappardelle Ripienne. A tasty sauce with eggplant, garlic confit, and hazelnut butter and pesto. It was wrapped in the pappardelle. So yummy. It was my birthday and they served me a complimentary tiramisu that was also house made and so tasty. This restaurant is definitely a neighborhood gem.

The food was very good .One guest, her lasagna was not warm. She had to send it back,overall the food was great though. There was a mixup with the salad. We thought they split it for us, but they were whole salads so the other girls didn’t get any because we ate at it all. Our waitress was overly busy, should have more help. Service was a little slow. I’ll definitely be back though. Wish you would do lunch❣️❣️❣️

I want to say than you to the wonderful and caring staff at Vacanza! They made my mothers 85 th birthday extra special! From the handwritten card to champagne and Tirimissu after and the incredible homemade bread and pasta it was out of this world! Thank you!!

Great food, excellent margarita pizza, Cesar salad and the olive oil dip was super. Forgot our waitresses name but she was perfect and another young lady was so sweet. See you soon.❣️❣️❣️

Visiting town and had a lovely dinner. Nice cocktails, excellent food menu, and Robert our server was attentive and friendly. An overall positive experience. I will be back!
