Took my girl on a date here and we absolutely loved it! Perfect ambience with great music, and food that just feels good on the palate. Our reservation was for 9pm. They told us they were running 15 minutes behind. No big deal. We sat at the bar and had drinks. An hour and 15 minutes went by so we asked for a manager. Horrible experience!!! Service was the worst we have ever had for the price and reputation. We waited over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone! For “authentic” Italian, my dish was so fishy, I couldn’t even eat it! The table next to use had a different waiter, and same service issues! I was surprised with the way Valentino's Ristorante Italiano created a nice elegant place from Seltzers. I was not okay with the time it took for me to be seated and get my food. I understand it was Valentine's Day and there would be a lot of reservation, however, to have a reservation at 8:45 and not be seated after 9:00pm and than to not get food for over an hour after being seated is not good. With getting no food for over an hour created not good thoughts, but sealed the deal for a not good night was the waiter we had. His name was Victor!! He did not introduce himself, nor did he offer any service that was considered high especially for the nice establishment we were seated in. He did not offer us any bread and he was very scarce at our table, however, at other guest he seemed to very chatty with them. I am not sure if it was a race thing or a these people can't have money, whatever it was, it was not good and a buzz kill for our Valentine's night. I actually asked another waiter "Enrique" if he could assist us. I notice how Enrique took time with his guest and treated all of them with kindness and respect. This is what we did not get with Victor. Please Valentino's Ristorante Italiano invest in getting Victor some training on how to treat all of the guest he is serving with respect and dignity and do not make a difference in them....whether he thinks they have money or not!!この情報は役に立ちましたか?

We celebrated Valentine's Day 2025 here. Our server, Jackie, was fabulous as she was very attentive, helpful, and personable ! We started with the Tartar di tonno (tuna tartare) which was generously portioned and very delicious - we were looking for some crackers or something to accompany the tuna though. We ordered the Zuppe di Pesce, and Costata di Vitello, along with Patate al Tartufo; the Zuppe and Costata were delicious as well as the Patate even though it was mashed potatoes rather than french fries as indicated on the menu.
