The night will begin with appetizers (Wine Club exclusive) on our patio with Chef Dustin Valette, followed by a 5 course Tasting Menu debuting our 2021 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (along with our Single Vineyard Bush Crispo) and our 100-point Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dinner starts at 6:15 PM on our private event mezzanine with bespoke dishes curated to harmoniously blend each wine's elegance and complexity with Valette’s cuisine.
