Whether you’re celebrating with those related by blood, or your ‘chosen family’, our shared-style spreads are perfect for bringing your loved ones together in a warm, fun and casual setting. We’re able to cater to most dietary requirements and allergies, and our menu includes options for even the fussiest amongst your group. Our ingredients are sourced locally where possible, pizza dough prepared in-house daily and meals made fresh to order. Can’t fault the food but service was terrible. Waited at entrance for 5 minutes with multiple staff walking by. Finally seated and orders taken; entree arrived quick. So quick we hadn’t received our drinks. Asked wait staff and then before entree was half finished mains arrived and still no drinks. Half way through mains our drinks arrived. Then after all that go to pay our bill and it’s double what we expected. Turns out the order from another table got added to ours and it took the restaurant 3 people and 10 mins to sort it all out. Again the food was find but won’t be back with that service level.

i’ve been here a few times and the experience was good, however i probably won’t be back after our experience on valentine’s day. we had made a booking weeks prior, and we show up to a huge line at the door. i will admit the service was great as they gave valentines treats to us and they let us cut the line to get into our table, however my partner and i are quite tall and they shoved us into the tiniest table with stools in the corner. we were literally hunched over the whole time. then the food came out quite quick, but it was clear the meals were rushed. overall you could sense they were trying to get us in and out as quick as possible to get people who had lined up without bookings in, which wasn’t a great experience.

Vapiano was amazing. Meal was perfect, if a little filling. We didn't have dessert, however the two options both looked divine.

Really enjoyed our night at Vapiano. Yummy pizza and pasta. Plus was Pizza week so enjoyed 2 for 1 which was a bonus! Service was very attentive and friendly. Only issue was we were close to the kitchen which was a little noisy and warmer but overall a good night out!

Received a two for one code for my birthday and went to lunch with my son. Had a Italian sausage pizza and the chicken carbonara. Both delicious. Hadn't been to VAPIANOS for years and it was excellent as I remembered

Incredible food! Great price! I do wish the portions were bigger. The restaurant was a little loud and I had to send my food back twice as they put bread or normal pasta in my celiac friendly pasta. They were very understanding tho! I ordered the meatballs as an appetizer, I rate them a 7/10 they were incredible but I wish there was more to it. I had the lychee elder flower mocktail which was a 10/10 incredible. And for dinner I have gluten free carbonara. A lot of the options I wanted to have had nuts. All the basic options were safe. I wanted to try something new. I recommend they include different fun pastas for allergic people to try! I was expecting something exciting especially since it’s supposed to be an incredible restaurant. I wish I got more pasta in the dish but otherwise very happy! Thank you Vapiano for your service
