Our story begins with a passion for traditional cuisine and the unique flavors that only carne en vara can offer. From the hands of three grill enthusiasts, Venezuelans living in Dallas, this project represents the Venezuelan roots and the dream to share dishes with our guests, thought and elaborated to perfection, putting a traditional twist to modern recipes.

There is no greater pride than to carry our traditional flavors through a unique gastronomic proposal in a pleasant environment where everyone, regardless of nationality, can feel at home, enjoying good food, good company, and good service, indulging in sensational flavors and smells.
