Vernick Fish presents Philadelphia’s own, Chef Greg Vernick’s exploration beyond the boundaries of a seafood restaurant. His ingredient-driven cooking style, paired with a love for global flavors, results in an inventive menu of fish and shellfish dishes, and a range of vegetable preparations. Taking a detailed, seasonal, and sustainable approach with small and large plate offerings, the kitchen brings new life to the favorite hallmarks of American oyster bar fare and raw bar.     Unbelievable. Our first experience at Vernick Fish. We had been to Vernick before and I was not impressed. This was a totally different experience. Amazing food and cocktails. Service was impeccable. Beautiful restaurant. Definitely recommend.

    Excellent experience for Valentine's night - wonderful menu, perfectly executed, great service and atmosphere. Worth the extra dollars for a special occassion.

    The server was patience and friendly. But the food was just ordinary and the crab cavatelli was surprisingly salty and we request for a remake while chef walked passed me from behind and said there is no fuxking salt. Overall great environment, mediocre food, okey services but won’t recommend anyone to spend 400+ with such bad experience on Valentine’s Day.

    Had a great meal last night. Erica gave outstanding advice about the oysters and appetizers. The cocktail ist was innovative and very exciting. 3 us all had different cocktail choices that tasted very nicely. The food came quickly and was fantastic. Wine selection was very good (the wine list was not too long; just right) and we ended up with a great French white wine that went along very well with our mostly fish dishes. Had not been to this restaurant for a long time but this meal made us realize that we should come here at least once per year.
