We used to love the food here. We were very disappointed yesterday. We had the Pear Rocket salad which was so salty and was just Rocket, thinly sliced pear and a tiny amount of crushed nuts. It used to have Padano cheese in it! We ordered the Gluten Free Diavola Pizza. The base used to be soft and filled with air. This base was heavy, extremely salty and bitter. For an extra $6.50 for the GF base we expected better! We also had the Gluten Free Ragu Pasta dish. This used to be absolutely delicious with a thick sauce with chunks of Ragu beef. It is now a thin sauce with a small portion of stringy beef. We are not sure what has happened here but we wont be going back!!

We’ve always loved the whole experience, this is one of our favourite places. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is authentic and the team look after you with sincerity, they are always attentive. We had a $200.00 lunch for three people. I got wonderful food, but needed to ask for lunch (served more than 50 minutes after placing the order), our wine glasses were refilled only once, we were never offered coffee. It was really thoughtless service. We had to ask for the bill. It was brought to the table, but we were not advised to pay at the counter. It was just really good food and really, really bad service

Delicious food and friendly table service. We were a group of 8 and all meals were delivered at the same time and everyone was happy with their choices. Will definitely return.

It all starts with customer service and that's where Verona has it right! The smiling and inviting faces of the staff. From the first phone call to the inviting face at the door. Our wait staff laughed and joked with us and gave us the enjoyable experience we needed! The pizzas were outstanding! Far too much for us to eat but no trouble to take home to enjoy it all over again! I can recommend a cheeky g&t after work with their hospitality and scrumptious food you're onto a winner! We will be back for more!

Food amazing! Service friendly and informative. Sitting outside in extreme heat is a little uncomfortable (no fault of the restaurant) Love the Pinot and Pizza Deal.
