The food is always exceptionally tasty at Eataly; however, this might be the only NY institution that makes you pay for a bread basket. Ordered the bruschetta, which was lovely BUT messy as there was SO much cheese piped on top, I needed more napkins! Service was great as always and ambience was the usual since the restaurant is open to the bar and shopping area so tends to be a bit noisy. Have a lovely meal…recommend the spaetzle with Speck e Funghi!!

The food was incredible. Their pizza is truly authentic Campania style. Ronnie was an outstanding server, with a great attitude and exceptional attention to detail. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Excellent food and service. We had 2 pizza 2 pasta and zucchini appetizer. All foods are delicious.

Took my Hub for his birthday and the waiter disappeared and the food was so bland. I mean to have a restaurant like that with spices and fresh pasta have no taste. Also the fact that u have to buy your own bread. Come on man 60 bucks for pasta for two and two things of bread with tip 115 bucks for eh taste no thanks

You allow reservations until 9:45 pm but when at the door the woman seating people who was not friendly at all said we close at 10 no exceptions and I said we made a reservation for 9:45 as we just got off a flight and it did not said you were not serving food - she proceeded to say again we stop service at 10 no exceptions. We had to rush to order and eat our dinner - your spritz was also off and so sour I could not drink it - I am saddened that your service has gone down , felt rushed to eat and lack of friendly hostess. The waitress was nice though but we had already a weird experience by the mood set by hostess.

Had a great time with my friend. The food and the service were excellent. Our server, Ronnie, was very sweet and attentive, checking on us multiple times during the meal and after. The only issue was finding the place since it’s in middle of a marketplace.
