Found along the High Street, this modern dining establishment offers a charming setting with exposed brick walls, modern light fixtures and simple yet sophisticated seating arrangements. The servers at Welwyn’s Vita Ristorante are knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you may have concerning the menu, so be sure to ask if you have any questions. Favourites from the menu at Vita Ristorante include the gamberoni risotto, the classic margherita pizza, and the decadent filetto al vino rosso, beef wrapped in parma ham served with a cassis and red wine sauce. There’s plenty more where that came from – be wise by booking your table in advance.

    We'd been to this restaurant on our first date -in the evening. Seven months later - now we're engaged and we wanted to go back. This time for lunch. We weren't disappointed. The food was all very good - obviously freshly prepared, tasty and hot. The service was excellent - provided mainly by the owner who was more than happy to chat and discuss the dishes, the weather - and the possibility of using the place for a small, private wedding. We'll certainly keep that one on the short list! We would absolutely recommend Vita Ristorante to a friend - or anyone else, come to that. And we won't leave it so long next time.
