We enjoyed our lunch - service great , food good. Ambience needs to be improved, maybe some background music, I felt like I was at a road side cafe.

We decided on Wahlburgers for my daughters 13th birthday lunch with friends in NOV 2024. The location of the venue is SUPERB and the memorabilia inside and the fit out of the venue is well put together. The thing that let Wahlburgers Surfers Paradise down was the staff. We weren't welcomed, instead we were hurried to our table. No menus were offered and we were told to order from the QR code on the table or go up to the counter to order. I had to locate the menus myself so my family of 5 could order. The person that took our order looked annoyed and forced a smile. This was very disappointing from such a well known food chain. We ordered in person as there was an issue with the QR Code. The food was ordinary. We ordered 4 of The Our Burgers and 1 Crispy Fish burger and 2 sides of fries. The Our Burgers were nothing fancy just plain burgers for $17.50ea. The Crispy Fish on the crispy fish burger looked almost burnt but thankfully was edible. The fries were old and not made fresh and cost $7 per serve. The soft drinks were flat. We will not eat there again as it was nothing special and we found the staff to be there but not enjoying their job at all. Also the lighting throughout kept turning on and off. Been there done that and will not return.

The meat on my burger was too raw for my liking. The noice and chatter was overall on the loud side. Tables were a bit close together. There was no coke zero and Pepsi Max is disgusting. Would have been nice to have a nice tasting drink to wash down. My raw burger

I never eat beef burgers that I don't cook myself. I ordered a beef burger because I knew they made the pattie themselves. I was NOT disappointed. Hands down best burger I have ever had! Staff were super polite and helpful too. Prices were extremely reasonable. All round a wonderful dining out experience.
