Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

    Our first time today was for lunch and we’ll definitely be back for dinner. The service, atmosphere and food were outstanding. Wish we were whiskey connoisseurs , it would have been heaven! The only downside is that the restaurant is is located in a very busy and crowded shopping center with difficult ingress and egress. This may not be a problem at dinner, but at 2:00 in the afternoon it was a bit problematic. Actually, afterwards we agreed that it was worth the effort., I promise you’ll love it.

    The staff was wonderful from reception to table Brittany our server was excellent in every way and made both the selection of our meals and the service a great enhancer to a delicious meal. The restaurant is stunning. We will be back

    Overall experience was great. The server was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was nice. The food was delivered in a timely manner & arrived hot. The presentation was impressive. Will definitely dine there again.

    The Warren is in West Delray is the best area choice for upscale dining. The staff concentrate on attentiveness and service. The kitchen delivers reliable tasty food and the atmosphere is relaxed but energetic.

    The restaurant was extremely understaffed and all of the waiters and waitresses seemed very nervous. It was very hard to get anyone’s attention. There were two floor managers that were walking around, looking at tables, but not doing much of anything. Our food was just so so, and the hamburger had very little meat. It was so loud that we could not hear one another speak. Our waiter was very sweet and efficient, but you could tell that he was stretched very thin. Not a well managed place.
