I love VE kitchen, but the food quality has really dropped. The tofu tenders were so over cooked, and the main was basically 80% rice.

Came good on everything it promised. Delicious and thoughtful menu, huge selection of gluten free options and sulphite free wines. Perfect for me. The staff could not have been nicer. Loved it

A text was sent to me saying there were some difficulties - I said is the reservation cancelled to which the reply was “no no, all good, see you soon”. We were coming from an hour away which I mentioned so I said if any problems please tell me. We arrived to be told no burgers and no puddings. (That would have been handy to know in advance as the sole reason we were going!) We were celebrating a special occasion which I put on the booking and this was not obliged at all. The hot chocolates arrived cold, there was no heating on in the place which made it very cold indeed. Our order was wrong. When paying such steep prices you would like to think an effort would be made to ensure each customer left feeling good.

Delicious vegan food and drinks with lots of choice, great flavours - love coming here. Staff always attentive and friendly!

Not enough GF options and the gf “protein” suggested by the staff (“bacon” mushrooms) was disappointing both in terms of flavour and texture. Simple changes such as using tamari / GF say sauce to marinade the tofu and having at least one GF option on the burger section would go a long way (not to mention having the staff really know the menu and the real protein content of what they serve).
