    It was cute- there were no pictures taken of us or anything outside of some decorations and table service. I heard other locations had pictures, music and a bustling atmosphere- so may try a different location another time. The tables had plastic tablecloths and the battery operated candles and they had some decorations. Someone brought in takeout from another restaurant to give to someone working.

    Our first time dining in for Valentine's day, and from the moment the door was opened for us (yes we had a greeter) to having a memory photo taken, to being seated and waited on, we were all smiles from there on. We had the best service, the decor was perfect, and the food was brought out hot and fresh! Our server, Jill, even recommended items that we had not tried before and we ended up really liking them. The entire crew went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. The servers even had professional looking shirts to match. I can’t say enough great things about the Heath Ohio White Castle. I can tell everyone there is treated very well by management, it shows, the way they all smile and carry themselves. Thank you everyone at the Heath Ohio White Castle. I can’t wait for next year!!!!!!

    It was a FUN dinner. The staff worked really hard to make sure we had nice time. It was relaxing. They took a great photo of my husband and me and presented it in a Valentine keepsake. We will definitely try to go next Valentines Day.

    A very unique dining experience!!! So beautifully decorated. Makes you in the Valentines mood!! Such a special gift to us when leaving. Our framed picture in front of White Castle sign. A forever, special memory

    We went for the Valentines Day Car Hop and it was really nice. They greeted us at our car and brought the menus. THEN they surprised us with a very nice large glass mug that they put Happy Valentines Day on and was filled with chocolate candy hearts and a pretty balloon! They supplied us with everything we needed. We were able to listen to spotify for music in our car. We had a very nice time and it was inexpensive!

    We really enjoy going to White Castle every once in a while for Valentines Day. It is a very unique experience. Normally the ambiance is very cute but this year they had a mop bucket out and a slippery floor sign and the door was open to the back area and a trash can was there. The one picture we took had all 3 items in it. I know it wasn't there fault because someone had spilt a drink, but it did impact our experience a bit. But we'd still return for the unique, inexpensive, and fun experience.
