Nestled between the Lodge and the main street of Inverness, Whit’s Public House is pretty much everything you want in a pub: great food, fantastic staff, live music, an outdoor patio, and warm hospitality at its finest. While you’re getting wonderfully distracted by the amazing ocean views and toe-tapping tunes, enjoy fresh local seafood, hearty fare, and home-made, hand-tossed pizzas. Delight yourself with a beverage or two from our extensive selection of Cape Breton craft beers and spirits from across Nova Scotia and around the world. Then say “cheers” to your neighbour—be it the Gaelic “slàinte”, French “santé”, or Nova Scotian “sociable”!
Onion rings and fries were great.
Burger described as having cheddar cheese - tasted more like sliced American cheese.
I was charged full price twice for my drink (Diet Pepsi) - I didn’t realized refills were not complimentary.
Service was amazing, as was the entertainment and atmosphere.
