Welcome into Wicked Butcher to experience an exclusive wine tasting with Robert Greeley of Aperture Wines. During this experience, wine enthusiast of all levels will be able to explore Jesse Katz innovative wine making practices that capture the unique cool-climate vineyards in Sonomas's top regions. Bottles featured will be Aperture's Chardonnay, Cabernet, and their Bordeaux Blend. House made cheese and charcuterie will accompany the tasting. All wines tasted will be available for purchase after the class is finished.
