Named after the dainty white wildflower that grows plentifully in the fields of Dogmersfield Park, Wild Carrot effortlessly fuses countryside charm and simple but delicious cooking with a sophisticated dining experience. Enjoy a welcoming and elegant service in a timeless setting, guaranteed to make you feel at ease.

Delight in contemporary cooking in the comfort of our dining room. Dishes are made only with fresh, local produce, and menus change seasonally, showcasing the very best of what Hampshire has to offer. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, enjoy a selection of menus throughout the day.

Under the guidance of Talha Barkin, the menu features staples of British cuisine. Awarded 2 Rosettes by the AA Restaurant Guide, the Wild Carrot showcases Talha's love for the countryside cuisine; which is featured in each dish, creating connections to the local landscape through ingredients, presentation and local flavour profiles.

    Very good, service & quality of food was perfect Yorkshire puddings were cold which was disappointing and lack of vegetables selection for main Sunday roast wasn’t great.

    Ordinary for a four season brand. Wine sensationally marked up. A wine I buy for 11 euros in Milan at £77?! It’s a joke. Food very ordinary. Choice limited, service sloooow, coats waited 15 mins to be hung up. Decor tired. Clients in TEE SHIRTS. Whole place classless. And stupidly over priced.

    Not what I would class as a 5 star hotel/restaurant. Staff were Friendly yet our drinks arrived 5 minutes apart even though we were the only people in dining room and only 2 of us! Food was good but very overpriced for what was essentially Gastro pub style food, definitely not fine dining. Our main issue was being overcharged for extra side orders and when we left realised we had been double charged for service! Once on the bill and again on the PDQ machine. Sadly will not be returning.

    We love this place. It’s one of our go to restaurants for family events. Consistent, delicious food in a beautiful setting. With excellent service. Today was our first Sunday lunch experience and it didn’t disappoint. She ain’t cheap but she’s worth it!
