                                        We felt like we were forgotten about as the food took far too long. Was informed that the chef told our waiter it will be just a few more minutes and turned out to be over 30 more minutes. I had to go seek assistance on the status of our order. Food should have blown us away, but the experience tainted our impression of the meal.

                                        Excellent service, very cordial and accommodating staff. Food was great, it is a bit pricey, but way better than those chargin almost double the price for the same offering!!

                                        First time at William B's n will definitely be going back. Very reminiscent of the old time Vegas steak houses with a modern theme. Even had complimentary welcome cocktail!! Our server Michael was wonderful along with the other wait staff. My husband had the 16 oz ribeye which was done perfectly n I had the 8 oz lobster tail which was outstanding. Great dining experience 👌

                                        We were the last diners to be seated on a late Sunday night (8:30pm) and no one was in the front dining area so we were a little worried about how the service would be since obviously they couldn't close because of us! We shouldn't have worried...the service was as impeccable and professional as always and we received the bread service and sample cocktail of the day the same as when we've been there during regular dining hours! We were hungry so even though there were only two of us, we ordered three entree's and all of them were amazing! We'd highly recommend the Wagyu New York steak! It was super tender and the flavor is mouth watering! We've been there a few times and everything we have ordered has always been served fresh, hot and delicious! Highly recommend this place - especially if you want superior food and service without the crowds of the strip steakhouses!

                                        Third time there, everything was great, nice place good people. We ordered the chopped Tuscan salad, Tuna and the New York Strip, all good. Alex was are waiter and did a fine job. Bobby the manager stopped by to check on us. Will return

                                        Our second visit, both special occasions. Michael was our server in October and today. He is wonderful. The Chef stopped by as we were leaving today. We were able to express disappointment in the braised short ribs on a bed of polenta.
