Willie’s Modern Fare combines the elegance of fine dining with the warmth and conviviality for which its founder is best known. Recognized for successful Palm Springs eateries Eight4Nine Restaurant & lounge and, 1501 Uptown Gastropub Willie Rhine and General Manager Veronica Cavazos invite guest to savor classic cuisine with a modern twist, along with creative cocktails and carefully curated wine list.

In the kitchen, Executive Chef Richard Perez leads the culinary team with an eye for detail and taste for excellence honed throughout a career overseeing the food at esteemed establishments like Colony Palms Hotel, The Cork Tree Restaurant, and Il Fornaio.

Enjoy dinner & drinks in the fine dining room or outdoor patio (reservations recommended).
You can stop into the casual lounge for a sip and a snack where reservations aren't needed.

    Terrible service. Ordered the three course prix fixe meal, but left before dessert since we couldn’t wait any longer. Even though the owner knew, there was no apology or offer to partly comp. anything. Food was fairly good. Excellent mushroom soup.

    Willie's is one of our favorite restaurants. The space is fresh. The food is perfectly prepared Our service was on point. We were seated when we arrived. Oscar was our waiter and he checked on us but was not overbearing. There were many choices to order. For a starter, we had a Caesar and Salmon tartar. My husband and our dining companions had Dover Sole. Halibut was our other friends choice. I had a Filet Mignon. We shared 2 Creme Brulee desserts. We were all pleased with our food. We already have a reservation for next time with other friends.

    We had guests in town, one from the UK, so we went for Sunday afternoon Tea at Willie's. I wasn't sure what I was expecting, but it was just excellent. Service was excellent in setting us up for the Tea's followed by the three-tier snacks. What an elegant and relaxed way to spend a Sunday Afternoon. We had a grand time - thank you all!

    Overall we had a great dinning experience. The service is slow but I could understand because the restaurant was very busy.

    We went for Valentine’s Day so we knew it would be a prefix. Some courses were great. Some a miss. Biggest challenge was the menu showed gratuity as being optional. We normally tip 20-25%. Not an issue. The bill came and the waiter had added 22%. We were just a party of two. Completely inappropriate as it contradicted the menu. Truly impacted the night. Again we would have tipped the amount added. It should be our choice - like the menu said. Not good

    The Valentine pre-fix selections were very good choices from the regular menu. Our server, Oscar, was as great as ever and served us in a unrushed way, but got us out in time to make it to the theater.

    The Valentines Day dinner was delicious, the staff very friendly and attentive! Willie came to our table and greeted us as well.
