Willow Creek Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands is a casual restaurant with a menu that crosses many cultures. The restaurants interior is designed to provide a modern take on the classic ski lodge, complete with plush comfortable seating, stone walls and amber colored accents. The outdoor patio is at the base of Highlands Ski Resort complete with fireplaces and shading umbrellas to make any evening comfortable. Willow Creek Bistro also features a full-service bar.

Begin the meal with an order of tuna crudo, pretzel and bratwurst or homemade hummus and naan. Willow Creek Bistro offers creative entree options like Butter Chicken and Colorado lamb chops and classic 8 oz massive cheeseburgers or Coconut Curry ramen.

                                                  Everyone enjoyed their delicious meals. We had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and paired with smooth sweet potato puree and tender carrots, a burger, again, perfectly cooked, a wedge salad with shrimp and a pho bowl. We are regular visitors to WCB and the food was maybe the best we’ve had here. Our waiter was efficient and friendly.

                                                  A big disappointment for a Ritz Carlton location. No valet when we arrived. We had to fetch someone. The place was a ghost town. Then our order was messed up, meal and drinks. When the food arrived, it was tasteless. I had to add salt and pepper to my trout and the fries that came with the burger were soggy. Kids were running around like wild wolves. They bumped into our chairs multiple times. An utter mess.

                                                  Great food and excellent service by Senya. The babagamoush was great as well as the steak. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and they were all great. Valet parking validated. Definitely recommend
