The brainchild of three Chinese graduates from UTAS who decided to stay and make Hobart their home, Will’s House Asian Cuisine is a casual fine dining restaurant that has been taking Chinese cooking to new heights. At their restaurant down Elizabeth Street, Will’s House Asian Cuisine offers a welcome change from the typical Chinese restaurants around town thanks to their commitment to fresh, bright flavours and all-natural ingredients. It’s easy to get lost looking at their extensive menu, but you really can’t go wrong here. Recommended dishes include the sweet and sour fish, mushroom with abalone sauce, salt and pepper prawns, duck fried rice and basil chicken. And don’t forget about dessert when dining at Will’s House in the CBD – the mocha pudding and the banana fritters are both excellent. Book your table today to avoid a queue!
