Winifred’s is a 14 seater micro restaurant by the sea, nestled in The Courtyard, Hastings, serving hyper-seasonal modern British food & English wines. It’s informal, fun & laid back.

                              Good energy in the room. Innovative menu. Everything we had was really well cooked and presented. Caeser salad; scallops w cauliflower and punchy sauce. Lamb breast. All very enjoyable. Standout was sourdough w marmite butter, yes you read that right. Sourdough w marmite butter. I'd like to see a few more options on the wine list.

                              We had an out of this world meal at Winifred’s, chef Ben is a miracle worker with flavours and creative food combinations; subtle, tasty, ingenious. I don’t want to spoil the pleasure or anticipation of other diners by listing what we ate: suffice it to say that it was all fantastic accompanied by some excellent English wine and great table service. Thank you, Winifred’s😍
