  We take one of our locally made flour tortillas, fill it with the fruit of your choice, roll it up into a burrito & deep fry it 'til it's golden & crispy, then dust it with cinnamon & sugar ~ served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. For the uninitiated, Tequila is a Mexican liquor made from the blue agave plant in the area surrounding the city of Tequila & in the highlands (Los Altos) region of the central western Mexican state of Jalisco. Silver (AKA Blanco, Plata, White, Platinum) is its purest form. Clear and un-aged, the true flavors and the intensity of the Agave are present as well as the natural sweetness.
