We went to dine in for NYE and had one of the worst dining experiences i’ve ever had. Our server was amazing and was very attentive from the beginning. It made a turn when our food started coming out. We ordered all four courses and while the first one came out on time, the others did not. From the first course to the second (which was a salad), it took over 40 minutes and took another hour minutes after that to receive our entrees but only after we brought it up with one of the managers. When they finally brought out our entree, they had no idea which steak was which and all of us got out steak cooked at different temperatures. We were able to figure it out ourselves but that is unacceptable to me especially with the price point that this restaurant is at. After cutting into the steak, it was lukewarm at best. We hoped the potatoes and the bacon wrapped asparagus would be different, but those items were cold. After speaking with the general manager, they took care of our meal, which was generous and unexpected, but unfortunately we got up and left dinner before the fourth course was even served. Everyone at the restaurant was amazing and this was not necessarily their fault, but the continued problems made me sure that I would never dine here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
