Located on High St in the heart of historic Old Worthington, Worthington Tavern is a vibrant, locally owned restaurant, bar, and covered patio. Our timeless space inspires a joyful atmosphere and honors Worthington's history.

Our menu features made-from-scratch familiar favorites- all from the finest ingredients. Our bar enlivens your experience with a robust selection of original cocktails, great spirits, craft beer, and enticing wines. Whether it's brunch with old friends, dinner with family, or a night out celebrating, we look forward creating memorable experiences together.

Groups of 8+ guests be rung on a single check and will be subject to an automatic 20% gratuity

Our kitchen is closed from 3pm-4p Saturdays & Sundays.

                                                                      Super cozy and warm at the Worthington Tavern with the new winter door installed. Love the vibe in this place ... and the bib wedge salad with salmon is my favorite. My son loves the burgers and the sopressata / spicy pizza with the chocolate cake for desert.

                                                                      The service was prompt, courteous, and professional. The food was excellent. It was a great experience for us as first-time customers as well as for our out-of-town visitors. We will definitely return.

                                                                      We have enjoyed dinner here several times so decided to try it for brunch. The ambience is great, service was very good but the food was disappointing. Between us, we had chicken and waffles, the breakfast burrito and a side of fruit. The fruit bowl was great - not filled with melon as they so often are. The burrito was described as “ok” but nothing special. The chicken with the waffles was listed as having barbecue seasoning but it was really over seasoned (very spicy) and quite dry. Coupled with the “hot “ maple syrup, the whole dish suffered. We expected better food for the price.

                                                                      I met a friend for dinner. The food was great and our server was lovely even though she was very busy. It was very loud and difficult to hear eachother.
