Start with our Foraged Cream of Mushroom Soup, a velvety blend of earthy mushrooms topped with olive oil caviar and smoky chipotle crème fraîche. For the main course, enjoy our Mesa Surf and Turf—a 6oz pepper-crusted filet with rich walpie demi, paired with lemon herb-grilled shrimp, cumin-roasted garlic parsnip purée, and sautéed Brussels sprouts.                                             I went there with a friend for 6:30 reservation and there was almost no one else in the restaurant (a few folks at the bar). This is the restaurant inside the Camby Hotel. Service was very good. I ordered the salmon and it was OUTSTANDING. Really delicious. Compliments to the chef!

                                            Two of us had the stacked enchilada, one had the Dungeness crab fry bread & one had the glazed salmon. Each entree was very artistically presented & all were delicious Our wonderful waiter Matt recommended the cornbread to start & it too was a hit! All in all a lovely evening, in a warm inviting setting.

                                            Lovely evening spent dining and enjoying cocktails at the Yellow Bell. Fun atmosphere and the service was fantastic. We really enjoyed the Infante cocktail and the chopped salad was zesty and refreshing.

                                            This was a lovely experience in the lounge / restaurant in the Camby hotel. Food is delicious. Services is great and friendly. We ate two nights in a row there and was a great value for the quality of food. Definitely will come back again.

                                            The Camby is an excellent choice for dinner. The bone in porkchop was perfect but the outstanding dish was the chili cornbread with tomatio jam! The service was personal and professional. Having just been remodeled, the atmospher was relaxing and well thoughtout for privacy in conversation.

                                            This new reimagined restaurant is located inside The Camby Hotel. Parking is by valet. The cuisine is noted to be flavors of the Southwest and has influences from Mexico, Arizona and New Mexico. Our party of 4 did not venture far into the menu as we each had the tomahawk pork chop! It was grilled perfectly and sits on a tomatillo sauce with a side of sweet potato hash. I added a side of tomatillo jam which is served with the signature corn bread. Don’t pass up the cornbread! It’s delicious with a chimayo butter (only restaurant that uses the chimayo chili to create this tasty spread!) the cocktails are great with a focus on tequila. We had a bottle of Daou wine (pessimist) which complimented our meal perfectly. The bar was vibrant with four TVs showing programming for everyone. Give Yellowbell (named after the Arizona flower) a try!
