Our team has been busy crafting an exciting new beverage experience, and we can’t wait to share it with you soon! In the meantime, you can still indulge in our signature 90-minute, three-course cocktail experience for $67 plus tax and gratuity.

Starting February 12th, reservations will feature the all-new Youngblood experience: an elevated three-course beverage tasting, with a few delightful surprises, priced at $86 plus tax and gratuity. We’re thrilled to unveil what we’ve been working on!

So glad to finally have experienced this place! The servers were super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Drinks and the whole atmosphere of the place were amazing. Will definitely be back!

I haven't even left the establishment yet & I'm telling y'all to get here asap anytime you're in San Diego. This is not a cocktail joint, this is an ~experience~ don't get that twisted. You need time & money if you're coming here. For just me, it was base $85. I guess they just changed their menu up in the last few weeks so before it was all dealer's choice for each course. Now, a little differently. It's a 3 course "meal" but cocktails - so yeah, you should probably Uber depending on how the before & after looks like. First course, you have a selection to choose from. Second choice, is dealer's choice. Third choice, is "dessert" from the 4 that they offer, which honestly all sound delicious. They give you lil sample etc in between each course. Nonetheless, make the reservation beforehand if you appreciate articulately made craft cocktails. They're on North America's Best Bar list for a reason. They know what they're doing here. If you get seated at bar, it's cozy & close with no backs on the seats so just fyi. But you get to see first-hand the talent behind all the drinks. This is a cozy tiny room with a lot going on but it's magnificent. The two main bartenders that I had, Alexandra & Chris, were glorious! For dealer's choice, Chris, took everything I said into account & crafted thee most spectacular sip. For how small the room is, the floor staff were working their tail off (apologies I don't recall their names). All in all, go here for the most noteworthy date night, best solo date you could give yourself, &/or the most solid collection of craft cocktails you'll consume in a sitting.

Great experience. They changed the menu to have the first and third course be from a curated cocktail list with the 2nd course still dealers choice. Everything we drank was amazing. Pace of service was amazing. Only surprise was the price went up since I had last been in Nov 2024. It is now $85/person.

The hostess was kind to let us change seating to the booth area (instead of the high top bar.) The drink selection for the two of three courses were eclectic, creative, but somewhat limited. The bartenders were attentive, knowledgeable, and made both of us two delicious cocktails for the “Servers Choice” course. The decor and music were fun.

This was one of the greatest drink experiences I have ever encountered! The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable. You can also taste different flavors in the drinks from all over the world. I love the bartender spiels after each drink. Can’t wait to bring my girlfriends here!

Before you read through this review: there is no food at Youngblood! However, there is great food at Neighborhood (the bar that Youngblood is hidden in the back of). Now for the Youngblood content: I’ve been here four times now and have loved every single visit. I prefer gin (but have had many other spirits here) and have never been disappointed by a cocktail. Nor have I ever been served the same drink out of the 12 custom cocktails I’ve enjoyed. It’s always a great experience and the custom element is truly unlike any other. It’s right about $70 pp where 3 drinks (starter, entree, dessert) are tailored to you and your own preferences. I recommend this place to all of my friends visiting the San Diego area!

It was my third time at youngblood and my husband's first. We came after dinner reservations for our anniversary. We were initially seated at a lounge area but it was quite cold with the A/C cycling on and off so they happily switched us to the bar. Our service continued with Zack and he was absolutely phenomenal. He went over many of the spirits with us as he made our drinks and had a great presence behind the bar. 10/10 experience.
