We had a table of 25 people dining for yum cha. It was a double birthday celebration. We had Alex looking after with his team & everyone was professional, helpful, and efficient in getting what we wanted & needed. There were many busy moments with so many of us but they never forgot anything. Dirty plates & dishes were removed very quickly and offer of top up on drinks was well timed and efficient. I previously worked in hospitality for 20+ years myself so I know the ins & outs of customer service and I commend your establishment of having such a great team working for your business. I can't thank Alex enough for his assistance making it a most amazing dining and celebratory experience for my family and I. With service like that, it's not hard to HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone we know. Thanks again for making it a great celebration for my step brother & my partner!この情報は役に立ちましたか？
