Zampa is a multi-cuisine restaurant that specializes in Italian, Mediterranean and contemporary American cuisines. The restaurant�s interior is casual and made to feel like home with brightly colored walls and simple wooden tables. The restaurant is committed to sourcing all of its ingredients locally. All meats used at Zampa are organically fed and raised in humane conditions. Start with a salad like the popular arugula beet salad, made with roasted beet Carpaccio, fresh greens, garbanzo beans, shaved parmesan and citrus vinaigrette. Try one of the unique appetizers offered at Zampa, like raw sushi-grade tuna tossed with capers, shallots, lemon and spices and served with crispy pita chips or calamari rings and tentacles saut�ed with spicy chorizo sauce and an orange butter balsamic drizzle. For the main course, choose from dishes like herbed Atlantic salmon and panko and almond encrusted trout.
