This is the 3rd time I’ve had a poor experience here unfortunately. It started as soon as we sat down and our waitress said she didn’t know our table was in her section after over 15 minutes of being seated. We were a group of 7 and they had brought out 2 of our members food before anyone else’s. I thought they were going back to the kitchen to get the rest of the food but after 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the rest. Fries were cold, burgers were not that great, someone ordered fruit and received fries. We asked for fresh fries since they were so cold and they forgot them. Our drinks were empty most of the meal without being refilled. They ran out of cups and had to use kids cups. At the end, we asked to speak to the manager who came over and said he would “take care of it”. When the bill came, he had taken off 1 side of fries. It was just another very disappointing experience, especially since I had family in town and was excited to have dinner with them. But now I know not to go back after 3 times of poor experiences. Which is very sad because I love DT Gilbert!

Maybe Zinburger does not care, but we do. We have lost a perfect restaurant to meet with family members for a "happy hour" experience". For years, 6 to 8 of us met at Z every few weeks to enjoy the "smallish" burger, chicken sandwich, loaded fries, and other items that are no longer available on what is being called the Happy Hour Menu. The burgers are now larger than necessary, and in two cases, couples purchased one burger and split it. No loaded fries, No chicken sandwich, and no Kiltllifter......beers are now all "perfumed....not one ale available. The restaurant was basic empty at 5:00pm, but wait staff seemed to be more interested in talking with each other near the kitchen that waiting on customers. Our waiter presented the machine with our bill (less than $100 this time because our faves were no longer available) and insisted that I sign in while he stood there and started at what tip I would choose. Seems like corporate greed to us. Certainly not a menu or atmosphere to attract customers. Regretfully, wee are looking for another venue to spend our approximately $1,000 a year.

Wonderful service great outdoor restaurant but this year a lot fewer sandwiches to pick from on the happy hour menu really missing the sloppy Joe sandwich

The food was delicious as always. They added to items to the menu so we tried the spinach dip. It was delicious. It was comparable to spinach dip and Queso combined. I could eat their truffle fries and zucchini fries all day everyday!

Your Food and Customer service Never disappoints !! This is the first time we chose outside seating at the Gilbert location and it wasn't for us. The road noise is too much if we wanted to hold a conversation. That certainly won't keep us from returning to chose indoor seats !! Thank you for always being so consistently GOOD !!!

We had a party of 8-most of our food was cold. I’m sure it’s hard to get that many orders out at once but still. The server was nice and brought one of us some hot fries. I didn’t complain about the cold food but gave some feedback about at the end of dinner and the waitress took my dinner off my bill. I told her she didn’t need to do that but she did anyway so that was nice. Still overall —good is somewhat pricey and I expect my food to be at least warm when served. Wouldn’t go back. I can’t seem to respond to the restaurants response directly so I’m adding it here. Yes I would give it another try with a gift card. Thank you
